Brexit Policy

Our hopes and objectives

A complete break from the EU free from any legal control is essential. We will ceaselessly work by all means for the cleanest possible break.  We wish to trade equally across the world in any way we can negotiate including all EU member states.

Decisive steps will aim to end all agreements continuing after March 2019 in anyway detrimental to the UK.

Our Plans

Parliament must take back its supremacy.  All law making is to be free from the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice and European Court of Human Rights.

We must take back control of UK borders and immigration. EU requirements for freedom of movement and immigration will no longer apply.

UK maritime sovereignty will be restored to include full control of the 200 mile maritime exclusive economic zone or to the half-way point between the UK and neighbouring countries.

The UK is to resume her pre EU/EEC status in the WTO and her autonomy to trade agreements, full jurisdiction over tariff setting in observance of WTO rules freed from the Single Market and the Customs Union.

The UK must not pay any ‘settlement’ to leaving the EU, and should press for a rightful share of financial assets such as those with the European Investment Bank

Challenges

Any and every aspect of a Brexit agreement that does not leave Britain free to trade and interact with the world in any way it chooses.
